Viren's voice trembled as he said, "Shivnya is missing."

"What?" Moksh shouted, disbelief etched on his face

"Yes," Viren confirmed

"How can it be possible, Dad?" Aaditya asked, worry evident in his tone

"Raghu... could he have taken Shivnya again?" Viren's eyes filled with tears as he voiced his fear

"Viren, have you lost your mind? She's not a child anymore. If that dog had taken her, he would have called by now," Raghu said, trying to console him

"Ajay is calling. What should I tell him?" Raghu asked, his voice strained

"I don't care about anyone right now. I just want my daughter back. Moksh, Aaditya, go and find her!" Viren ordered his sons

Viren answered the phone, "Hello, Ajay."

"Viren, where are you, man? We were supposed to go shopping today," Ajay said

"Uh... Well..." Viren stammered

"What happened, Viren? Tell me," Ajay pressed

"Shivnya is missing," Viren finally managed to say

"We're coming over right now. Don't worry," Ajay reassured him and quickly made his way to the Rajvanshi mansion with his family

"If anything happens to my daughter, I won't be able to bear it," Viren said, tears streaming down his face

"Nothing will happen to her, Viren. Calm down," Raghu tried to comfort him as Ajay and his sons entered the room.

"Ajay, my daughter..." Viren began, his voice breaking.

"We won't let anything happen to our daughter-in-law. Calm down," Ajay consoled him.

"How long until Abhimanyu arrives?" Ajay asked.

"Dad, he's on his way," Ranveer replied.

"Everyone, go and find her," Ajay ordered as Abhimanyu walked in.

"Dadaji, you called me?" Abhimanyu asked, and Ajay nodded.

"Shivnya is missing," Ajay muttered.

"What?" Abhimanyu screeched.

"Yes, son," Raghu said and explained everything that had happened

"Don't worry. We'll find her," Abhimanyu assured them.

"We need to tell him the truth," Raghuveer said.

"What truth?" Abhimanyu asked, raising an eyebrow.

"No!" Viren shouted.

"He's going to be her husband," Ajay said.

"He'll find out eventually, Viren. It's better to tell him now," Raghuveer consoled Viren.

They revealed the past that still haunted Shivnya and her grandfather, a past he had been powerless to help her overcome. They also explained the conditions Viren had imposed on Shivnya for her marriage.

"What the hell!" Abhimanyu exclaimed. "I won't leave that bastard alive. I'll kill him!"

"You can't kill him," Viren said.

"Why not?" Abhimanyu demanded.

"Because his death is destined to be at someone else's hands. Don't even think about interfering," Raghu warned.

"But if you know where he is, why don't you give him to her? I know she can handle him in the most brutal way possible," Abhimanyu said with a smirk

"How do you know that?" Viren asked.

"Have you seen her kill someone?" Ajay asked.

"Yes, in fact, I witnessed it first hand. She even pointed a gun at my chest," Abhimanyu said with a hint of pride, admiring how fearless she was.

"What? When did all this happen?" Raghu asked.

"It's private," Abhimanyu replied curtly.

"Alright, we'll discuss this later. I'm going to find her," he said, determination in his voice, as he left the room.

Today, amidst her absence, my grandfather, uncle, and hers disclosed a harrowing past, fearing it might be the cause of her disappearance. The revelation included a deeply distressing reason for her acceptance of our marriage proposal, involving severe blackmail by her grandfather.

Knowing this, I'm torn between conflicting emotions-should I find solace in her decision to marry me or anguish over the coercion behind it? Now, my primary concern is her well-being; she's gone missing, and my heart aches for her return. I realized that she is not as she appears in public but rather a delicate soul who has erected barriers to protect herself.

Her experiences have shaped her into the person she is today, and I can now comprehend why she treats her family the way she does and why she lives in solitude. However, there are still more aspects of her past that remain unknown.

Her sudden disappearance had me gripped with fear for her safety, as she is deeply dear to me. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure her protection, even if it means resorting to extreme measures. If anyone were to harm her, they would witness a side of me they never knew existed, as I would not hesitate to eliminate any threat with utmost severity.

It was around 11 PM, and we had no clue about where she was. We had checked all the hotels she might have visited, alerted all the police forces, and were searching for her in every possible way, but there was no clue. We were trying all our network connections all over India, but still, there was no clue. I was hellishly frustrated, with no trace of my love, and I was sitting here just because her grandfather believed that we should take every step with utmost care. If she wasn't with him and he found out she was missing, the problem would only escalate.

We were sitting in the hall of the Rajvanshi mansion, discussing more ways to find her, when Sanj approached us and said, "I have an idea to find Diii."

"Sanj, it's not that easy," her father said sternly

"No, it's very easy to find Diii. I have a trick that will help me find her in 15 minutes," she said with a grin. Given her connection with Shivnya, maybe she knew something.

"Alright, what's your idea?" I asked, showing interest in her words while the others seemed skeptical.

"Actually, when we went to Manali and I had a panic attack after drowning, she gave me this number and said I should use it only in case of an emergency." She showed us the number.

"Sanj, are you crazy?" Aayansh shouted. "We've been looking for Diii since evening, and you're just giving us the number now?"

"I just remembered I had it," she said with a pout.

"Sanj, give us that number," I insisted.

"No," she refused.

"Why not?"

"Diii specifically told me it would only activate with my number and my voice," she said. She took out her phone and dialed the number.

"This girl is something else. How did she find such technology?" Raghu uncle muttered.

"Hello," a voice answered.

"I am Sanj Rajvanshi. I want to talk to Shivnya Rajvanshi," she said, putting the call on speaker.

"Is it an emergency?" the person asked. Now, I was sitting right in front of her, hanging on every word and i gestured her to say yes

"Yes," Sanj replied.

"What's the emergency?" he asked. She muted the call and looked at us for suggestions.

"Say there's a fire at home," Divit suggested, earning deadly looks from everyone.

"I'll tell her myself," Sanj said defiantly.

"Ma'am, it would help us if you could specify the emergency," the person insisted.

"Say some boys were teasing you," Aayansh suggested and i looked at them like her cousins are really crazy who give these ideas

"Actually, some boys were eve-teasing me, and..." Before she could finish, Shivnya spoke.

"Sanj, who did it?" she asked urgently.

"Diii!" Sanj exclaimed. "Where are you?"

"It's not the matter. Tell me the whole thing," Shivnya demanded.

"Diii, I was lying. I just want to know where you are," Sanj confessed meekly

"What? Sanj, I told you to call me only in an emergency, and you're using this to find my location?" Shivnya's anger was palpable.

"Yeah, this is also an emergency," Sanj said stubbornly. "Where are you?"

"London," Shivnya replied casually. Everyone was shocked.

"Why so suddenly?" Sanj asked.

"Baby, I have some urgent work," Shivnya said. My heart felt relieved knowing she had gone for a meeting but also melted hearing her call Sanj 'baby.'

"When are you coming back?" Sanj asked, prompted by Mom

"Tomorrow morning," Shivnya replied blandly.

"When did you leave?" Sanj questioned again because of my mom .

"Yesterday evening," she answered.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Sanj continued her interrogation which was instructed by my mom.

"Why are you behaving like Chachi?" Shivnya retorted with annoyance, bringing a smile to my face.

"I'll bring chocolates and your favorite makeup for you. Now, please, I have urgent work. I'll talk to you tomorrow," Shivnya said hurriedly.

"Diii, this isn't helping you in any way," Divit interjected.

"Divit?" Shivnya asked

"What about me?" he teased

"Oh god, I'll bring something for you too. Now cut the call," Shivnya said with a huff

"Bhabhi, for me too," Tanmay chimed in

"Sanj, where are you?" Shivnya asked, confused

"Home," Sanj replied

"Then how can I hear Tanmay's voice?" she exclaimed

"Because, Bhabhi, we're all here," Tanmay shouted, earning a slap on the head

"All?" she asked curiously.

"Yes," Sanj confirmed with a smirk.

"Abhimanyu too?" she asked, mentioning me. I was eager to hear her next words.

"Yes, Diii. And you know, Bhaiya is very tensed and concerned" Sanj said dramatically with a grin

"Why?" Shivnya asked

"You didn't tell him you were leaving for London," Sanj explained, making Tanmay and Yuvii grin

"Do you want to talk to him?" Sanj asked with a big smile , and I hoped she would say yes. But my bad luck, she said,

"No."

"Diii, are you missing him?" Sanj teased, but there was no reply.

"Diii!" Sanj shouted.

"Shut up, Sanj," Shivnya snapped. "Cut the call. I'll talk to you tomorrow."

"Diii, one last thing," Sanj said with a grin.

"What?" Shivnya asked angrily.

"You were on speaker," Sanj revealed, making us all smile.

"San..." Shivnya began, but Sanj cut the call before she could finish and we all chuckled

"How can she leave without informing us?" her dadi said, dismayed.

"When does she ever inform us about her schedule?" Janvi said with a evil smirk.

"It's okay. The important thing is that she is safe and will come back tomorrow. Maybe she had some urgent work, and as you said, she never tells anyone about her schedule. It's probably just her habit," Mom said, and everyone nodded in agreement.

"Now we should leave," Papa said, and we all headed home.

Upon returning home, I received an urgent call prompting me to hastily depart for London. I swiftly made my way to the airport and just managed to catch my flight. In the midst of working on my firearms in the workshop, my personal assistant informed me that Sanj had contacted me on my private number, as all other lines were inaccessible.

During our conversation, it became clear that Sanj had mischievously used the emergency number just to ascertain my whereabouts. Wrapping up my tasks, I headed straight to my private jet, tended to my medical needs, and succumbed to rest on board. Upon arriving in India with my arsenal, I organized for some to be stored at my residence and the rest at my alternate office, before proceeding to a scheduled meeting.

Amid the proceedings, I missed a call from Sanj requesting my presence at home ASAP, prompting my assistant Vivek to relay the message to her. I went to the Rajvanshi mansion, and everyone was happy to see me. I was also relieved because both my mom and dad were out of town for work.

"Dii, let's go shopping," Sanj said.

"You shouldn't even talk to me after what you did yesterday," I said, feigning anger.

"Wow, Dii, what a lame joke," she laughed. "You and not talking to me, hahaha."

"Are you done? Hurry up, they are waiting," Nandini chachi urged us.

We went to some showroom, and his family was also there, but he wasn't. Where is he? Is he done with shopping, or is he really angry with me? Ugh, my mind. I should focus on the clothes. We greeted all of them and started shopping.

"Dii, look at this one. How is it?" Sanj asked, showing me a lehenga, but I wasn't interested. I just said no.

"How about this one?" She showed me another lehenga.

"No."

"How about this one?" Abhimanyu's mom showed me a lehenga.

"Aunty, isn't it too revealing?" I said hesitantly.

"But beta, it's quite trendy," Amrita chachi said.

"No, aunty. Dii doesn't like revealing clothes. She always wants her body covered," Sanj said mockingly, and both his chachi and mother went to search for other outfits.

"Sanj, do you realize how much time we are spending here? We could have closed a business deal in this duration," I said, pointing out the facts.

"Thank God, Bhaiya, you came. Please handle your wife, yaar. She doesn't like any outfit and now she is taunting me," Sanj whined . I turned around to see Abhimanyu standing there with a smile.

His presence immediately made my heart skip a beat. Despite the circumstances, seeing him brought a sense of relief and warmth. I realized that no matter how strong I tried to appear, his presence had a calming effect on me.

" Mr. Rathore " I said softly, feeling a mix of emotions.

He walked over to me, his smile fading slightly as he looked at me with concern. " Cherie , are you okay? " he asked gently

I nodded, trying to reassure him. "I'm fine, just a bit tired from the trip."

He looked at me intently, searching my eyes for any hint of distress. "You should have told us you were leaving. We were all worried sick."

"I know, and I'm sorry. It was a last-minute thing, and I didn't want to worry anyone unnecessarily," I replied

Abhimanyu sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Next time, please at least inform me. I need to know you're safe."

I smiled weakly, appreciating his concern. "I will. I promise."

Sanj interrupted, waving a lehenga in front of us. "Okay, lovebirds, enough with the serious talk. dii , how about this one?"

"Ms. Rajvanshi," he said, watching as Sanj walked away.

"So, should we start buying the things?"

"Really, do we have to do this?" I said with a sad face.

"Why? You don't like shopping?" he asked

"I HATE IT."

"You're the first girl I have seen in my life who hates shopping," he said with a laugh.

"How many other girls have you seen, Mr. Rathore?" I asked, feeling a pang of jealousy.

"Are you jealous? That I've gone shopping with other girls?" he asked with a smirk, clearly noticing my reaction.

"No, no, I didn't mean it like that. And why would I be jealous of someone?" I said, turning to another counter. He chuckled

Abhimanyu was helping me choose clothes, knowing how much I disliked this task. "Ms. Rajvanshi, try this," he said, holding up a dress.

"Uhmmm... actually..."

"What happened, Ms. Rajvanshi?" he asked.

"Actually, my left arm isn't healed that much, so I need some help with these fitted clothes," I admitted.

"Oh, so you want..." he started, but I cut him off, sensing he misunderstood

"No, no. I mean, why don't we just see them and I'll try them out at home. If there's any problem, we'll get it fixed," I explained. He nodded in agreement.

By now, Abhimanyu had realized that his wife disliked revealing clothes. She would reject them without even looking at them. After choosing four outfits, Shivnya said, "I am not going to buy any more clothes now. It's so hectic. I'd rather do business," she huffed.

"Diii, we haven't even bought half of your clothes," Sanj said. Shivnya glared at her, then looked at Abhimanyu and asked, "Mr. Rathore, do you have any problem if I wear oversized clothes after marriage?"

Abhimanyu nervously shook his head. "See, he doesn't have any problem," she said, relieved.

"And please, Sanj, let me go home now. I'm exhausted. I only slept at 5 AM, and then had meetings and work, and now this shopping," Shivnya said, irritated.

"You didn't have your lunch," Sanj pointed out

"I haven't eaten anything since breakfast. Now please show some mercy on me and let me go home," Shivnya said, not realizing Abhimanyu was still there.

"Ms. Rajvanshi," he called out.

"Shittttttt," she thought.

"I am sending my PA tomorrow," he declared.

"You are not going to do that," she warned.

"You know what I can do," he said with a smirk.

"What's happening?" Sanj asked.

"Nothing, Sanj," Shivnya replied quickly.

"Mr. Rathore, see, I am going home and going to have a really heavy meal, but please, not your PA," Shivnya said, moving closer to him.

"Di, Jiju is sending his PA so that you can eat him," Sanj teased.

"Sanj, you should stay away from Divit. You are really getting a bad influence from him," Shivnya said, irritated.

"Ms. Rajvanshi, sharp 8 o'clock my PA will be at your doorstep," Abhimanyu said, closing one button of his coat. Before Shivnya could argue, Amrita and Ridhimaa arrived.

"Kids, are you done with your shopping?" Amrita asked.

"Yes, aunty. Dii has finalized four outfits," Sanj mocked.

"Really?" Kamini mocked Shivnya.

" Yes , chachi " she replied.

"I think we should all go home now. You seem tired, Shivnya. Go and take some rest and don't stress about the marriage," Ridhimaa said.

They all went home. Shivnya ate her meal, took her medicine, cleaned her wound, did some office work, and slept.

In the morning, Abhimanyu's assistant, Piyush , arrived promptly at 8 o'clock, but Shivnya had only gone to sleep at 5 AM and wasn't going to wake up before 10. Barely informed Piyush , who then told Abhimanyu. He ordered Piyush to stay there. Shivnya emerged fully dressed at noon.

"Good morning, Ms. Rajvanshi," Piyush greeted.

Shivnya nodded with a poker face. "Ma'am, your breakfast," Piyush said, but she ignored him and went to her car. Before she could get in, Piyush blocked the car door.

"I am going to meet him only. Don't dare to disturb me. I have much more important work," she said in a stern angry voice, Piyush moved aside.

At the office, she had to attend a board meeting. After the meeting, everyone left except Abhimanyu. Both went to Shivnya's cabin.

"You didn't have your breakfast nor your lunch, Ms. Rajvanshi," Abhimanyu said. She didn't reply and continued working.

"You review the files. I'll order something for you to eat," he said, as he got no response.

"Don't bother yourself. I'll ask Rishi to order something," she said, continuing her work.

"Just tell me what you want to eat," he asked.

"Anything," she replied boringly.

After a while, the order came. Rishi served the food and left.

"Ms. Rajvanshi, come and have your lunch," Abhimanyu called from the sofa.

"Yeah, coming, just five minutes," she said, but kept focusing on her files. He waited, but when she didn't come, he called her again.

"Just two minutes," she said. This time he went to her table, made a bite of food, and fed her.

"What are you doing?" she asked while eating.

"Only use your mouth to chew the food," he said, making another bite.

"I can eat," she said, taking the plate in her hand.

"Btw, Mr. Rathore, with whom did you go shopping earlier?" she asked.

"With my mom and my sister," he replied while eating.

"And?"

"Now with you," he replied without thinking much.

"Except for the three of us," she asked, irritated.

"Uhmmm... no one. But why are you asking about it?" he asked, looking into her eyes.

"Nothing," she replied.

After lunch, both went shopping again to buy the remaining necessary clothes.
